The time is finally upon us, and delegates are packing and gearing up to travel to make it the best Border Health Mission to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The BHM is embarking on its fourth delegation to the Dominican-Haitian Border towns and its second collaborative service trip with the Haitian Coalition of Somerville to Port au Prince, Haiti. Our goal is to provide Humanitarian and empowerment tools such as medical services, Holistic medicine, language classes, Arts/Crafts and reproductive health/violence prevention workshops and this time around we are helping our allies from Haiti rebuild a school brought down by last year’s earthquake. VOLUNTEER WITH FUNTOSALUD INTERNATIONAL Join us in one of our 2011 Service Trips 1st. Delegation May 28th to June 6th, 2011 Volunteer Service Trip BHM Empowerment & Solidarity Building (Border towns Manzanillo & Meilliac)
2nd. Delegation July 12th to 28th, 2011 Collaborative Volunteer Service Trip BHM & Haitian Coalition of Somerville: Rebuild a School & Medical Delegation- (Port-au-Prince, Haiti)
